“We prefer simple fish, such as small cod, red mullet, shellfish, and anchovies served in a variety of ways. Grilled and marinated to order, in batter, golden and fried. Traditional salt cod for true connoisseurs.

Raw seafood. Cuttlefish and octopus salad. Fried fish.

Freshly grilled seabream and salmon – we only use the catch of the day.

We don’t have a fixed menu, as the offerings from the sea and land inspire us according to the seasons.

Simple fish, without frills, that becomes rich and generous.

Ancestral recipes that we don’t like to call gourmet, preserving the legacy of our previous generations as a true heritage of knowledge. It seemed wise not to lose that memory, while still being open to the new and the innovative.

For us, the result is an authentic offering, and we are certain that our father Salvatore, watching from above, would be proud.”
